Warning lamp which lights up when the conveyor is overloaded – a cost efficient safety accessory

The warning lamp is a simple but important safety accessory that prevents downtime for those who choose not to connect the conveyor’s control box to the PLC.
If the conveyor is overloaded or stops for any reason, the high-intensity LED lights up and provides a clear and distinct visual warning. The warning lamp is placed clearly visible to the operator. Costly downtime and broken tools can thus be avoided.
The warning lamp is supplied with an M12 standard cable 3 meters which connects to the control box and is easily mounted with two included screws.
The warning lamp fits all our conveyors and is ready for our new potential-free control system. Then, the included 24VDC adapter shall be used.

Conveyor 22 is now launching a BRAND NEW larger conveyor: Black Line 101

Black Line 101 can transport a weight of 100 kg. To meet the market’s need for increasingly larger transport systems, we developed this electric driven ultra-strong model. Like all our conveyors, Black Line 101 has as all our conveyors a built-in digital security system that ensures safe production without operational disruptions.

The IP62 rated transporter works with fully integrated mechanics and is maintenance-free.

With dimensions 320x146x78, it is by far the world’s most compact electric linear conveyor.

Now we have delivered our longest ever scrap feeding line, to a customer who needed an extra-long conveying. The line is 10 meters with 3 pcs. CS5 0.6 mm trays, linear feeding into each other.

CS5 0.6 mm, the old CS5 0.8 mm (earlier called AN5) and our own material RC22 are standard for feeding trays nowadays. The CS5 material is stainless steel, which is pattern rolled with a slightly textured surface to make it durable and light.

Our solution: focus on moving details instead of moving heavy feeding trays. Therefore, we recommend the customer to use lighter trays in thinner material for a better and more efficient output.

In the fair Fibro GmbH launched Clean Line and Black Line in its booth. The exhibition is a landmark for Conveyor 22 AB, as our new reseller Fibro is one of the biggest global distributers of stamping components. Now our conveyors and accessories will be available from Fibro’s catalog in more than 30 languages worldwide.
